Orders are processed as they are received. The current fulfillment period for custom hoop orders (the time needed to craft your hoop and does not include estimated transit time) is 2 to 4 business days (M-F excluding holidays). Quick Ship hoop orders and 3M grip tape rolls will be shipped in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times are estimates offered by USPS only and are not guaranteed. Each package is insured and includes a tracking number, so you can keep tabs on your package. Please add your email address at checkout to receive your package's tracking number.

Most major shipping carriers are no longer offering guaranteed delivery dates for expedited shipping upgrades. Transit times are estimates only and not guaranteed.***
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. In the instance a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to buyer error, the original cost of postage will not be refunded and the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
By purchasing from this shop, you acknowledge that SpinMajik is a separate entity from the shipping carrier and is not responsible for shipping delays due to an error by the shipping carrier. On the rare occasion, a package might get lost in transit. If you have not received your package after two weeks (14 days) since the date you received your shipment notification with your tracking number please notify us of the issue. We will file a lost parcel claim on your behalf. If the shipping carrier is unable to locate your package and determines it to be lost, you will be issued a full refund for your order. In the instance that the shipping carrier locates your package and fulfills their delivery promise, a refund will not be issued. SpinMajik is not responsible for delivery delays.
If your item(s) arrive damaged...fear not! We have you covered. All you need to do is contact us with your order number, a brief note and a pic of the damaged item. We'll file a claim with USPS on your behalf and get a replacement headed your way as soon as possible. For insurance purposes, you may be required to ship the damaged item back to us before we can issue a replacement.
Used items will not be refunded for any reason. Due to the custom nature of these products, returns are only accepted at the discretion of the shop. If a return is granted, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and original shipping postage will not be refunded. A 20% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.
We try to represent each product to the best of our ability in the product pictures and no filters are used to modify the appearance of images. There might be some variation in color due to monitor settings and batch variation. Returns will NOT be considered due to a perceived variation in color.
Custom crafted hoop orders cannot be canceled for any reason. Quick Ship (already made) hoop orders can be canceled prior to shipment. Once your hoop has shipped, an order cannot be canceled for any reason.
